Existing User?

If you are an existing user of ANA's online claims management system, you may login using your username and password below.   If you have forgotten your login details, please contact our CMS support office by email on cmssupport@ana.net.au.  

New User?

If you are an ANA third party and do not yet have a username or password to our online claims management system, you will need to be issued with these details before you can continue.   Please email our CMS support office on cmssupport@ana.net.au requesting access to our online system.   Our office will require your contact name and company details in order to set up your new login account.
